Shipping is free for all orders over $30. Shipping rates for purchases $30 and under is $8.99.

We usually ship within 24 hours of your purchase under normal circumstances - excluding weekends and holidays. Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. If you have not received your shipment and it's been more than 5 working days, please contact us.

Unfortunately, Christian Tile Art only ships in the U.S. at this time. 

In our experience, the post office oftentimes lists a package as "delivered" when it really hasn't been. It can take up to 24 hours after it's posted as "delivered" for it to actually be delivered. While we can only speculate as to why this happens, it does happen occasionally.  

If you don't have your package and the post office says it has been delivered, please wait an additional 24 hours for delivery before contacting the post office. Of course if you suspect theft or prefer to inquire immediately, please contact the post office for further details.

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied for any reason for all individual (single) ceramic tile products (non mural). You are responsible for return shipping charges. Damaged tiles are replaced for free within the 30 day warranty period.

For all wall murals, we will gladly accept your return for a refund for any reason, however there is a restocking fee of $30 - $75 depending on the size of your mural (visit our restocking fees page for exact restocking fee based on mural size).  You are responsible for return shipping charges.     

Mural tiles that require replacement outside the 30 day warranty period are subject to a $9.95 replacement fee per tile (plus shipping where applicable). Please contact us if you would like to order replacement tiles and we will provide you with further instructions. Be sure to include your order number in your contact message.

Stands are included free of charge with all single tile purchases, and 3M wall adhesives are included free of charge for all ceramic wall murals.

Although all of our images are transferred to each tile using high-resolution graphic designs, not all image dimensions are the same size on every design. For that reason, some tiles are not available in every size and therefore, every price.  

In order to make a graphic fit into every available tile size would require either significant cropping of the image or stretching it out of proportion to make it fit- neither of which produces optimal results. Although you may notice some very minor cropping or stretching between sizes in some images, our goal is to provide you with only the size options that allow for the most high-resolution and accurate representations of the original design.  

With that in mind, you are able to view a separate photo of each size variation on each product page (by selecting the size option in the dropdown menu) to allow you make an informed decision before you buy.  

We recommend 3M adhesives specifically designed for hanging picture frames on walls. Each adhesive is designed to support 4 pounds of weight to your wall and we include 2 per tile with your mural for a total adhesive weight support of 8 pounds per tile. Since each tile weighs less than 1 pound, the included adhesives are eight times more support than recommended by 3M.

The answer is generally - no. Whenever an image is enlarged, the resolution of the image diminishes. For this reason, we've limited the size of our murals to the size options you see in the listings.
